1, What warranty and after sale sevice do you offer?

We offer 2 Years Warranty for all the machines. Each Laser Source are offerd Brand New with Test Report. Also, each set of machine must be inspected and tested carefully before delivery, to make sure each machine is runing well and  in prefect condition.

We offere installation video and user manual. If there is any further problem, our engineer can offer Online Guide, or we can remote control your machine and computer to help you solve the problem directly



2, How do I purchase the machine? What is the Process?

After we confirm all the details of the order, the machine details, the shipping details, the payment details. Then you pay. After your payment arrived, we arrange the production.  Around 3 to 7 Days after your payment arrived, we can deliver the machine out for you. Full payment supposed to be done before delivery. We can accept 30% Deposit, and 70% balance too. After we send you the finished machine pictures, vidoes, packing details, after you check all of these, then you pay us the 70% balance, the we will deilver it out.



3,  How long is the delivery time after I pay ?

After you pay, we will arrange the production for you immediately. Around 3 to 7 Days after your payment arrived, we can deliver the machine out for you. Kindly note, the installation is quick, it costs only around 1 day. But we are factory major in wholesale, so we need time to follow the schedule, and we produce according to the time of the customer payment arrived. Also, we need time to test the machine to make sure the machine is in perfect condition before delivery, that is why the delivery time is around 3 to 10 days.



4,  What payment can I use?

1) Bank Transfer 
2) Alipay ( For the countries which not convenient to pay USD by bank, such as Russia, Ukrine, etc)
3) MADE IN CHINA Platform. If you wanna use the Third Party to pay, we can accept your payment by MADE IN CHINA Platform, they can protect your money safty. But kindly note it costs extra 6% Handle Fee, which is charged by the Platform of MADE IN China, not by us.




5, What shipping term do you offer?

1) DDU Shipping : It means we send to your door by Express like DHL, UPS, FedEx. You pay us the shipping cost. Also you need to pay the custom and tax on your side by yourself.

2) DDP Shipping: It means we send to your door direclty. The shipping cost you paid is including all the cost, the shipping, the custom, the tax, and the delivery from the custom to your door. You don't need to pay or do anything any more, just wait at home to collect the order.

3) EXW Shipping : It means if you have shipping agent in China like Guangzhou, Yiwu or any other city of China. we can send to the warehouse of your shipping agent. You just need to pay us the shipping cost from our factory to your shipping agent in China.

4) CIF: It means we send to your seaport, you pay us the shipping cost of sending to your seaport. After it arrive at your seaport, our job is finshed, you need to pay the port charge, custom, tax, and so on by yourself.

5) FOB: It means we send to the seaport in China, like Qingdao, Shanghai and so on. And we pay the port charge, custom clearance at the seaport of China. After that, our job is finished.





6,  What are the wearing or consumable parts? What extra parts shall I order together with the machine?

1) The wearing parts are the lens. You can order 1 extra set of lens in case you replace them in ther future

2) Also, you can consider to order the Rotatory, which can help you engrave on the cylinder itmes like tumbler, or ring, jewelries.

3) If you have further requirement, you can consider the Electric Lifting, Plate Holder, Lifting Work Platform, Auto Foucs, and so on. Kindly note, these function or item are for upgrading, not for the regular basic requirement, you only need this when you have the higher requirement for your job.




7, What kind of packing do you offer? It it free?

We offer wooden case for each set of machine, no matter the fiber marker, co2 marker, uv marker, or the big size machine like 4060, 9060, 1390, 1325 engraver cutters. 

Yes, the wooden case packing is free, no extra cost. Please check the actual delivery picture as reference:





8, How long is the lifespan of the machine? 

The lifespan of each set machine is 100000 hours. But how long you can  use it depends on many factors, how long you use each day,  the operation condition, the material you engrave, the power and speed you set, and so on. So we offer 2 years warranty for the machine. Normally it can be used for 3 years or more, but as I mentioned above, each person situation is different. 




9, What job can I do with this Fiber Laser Marker? 

Fiber Laser Marker is mainly used on All Metal, Hard Plastic, PVC, Stone, Painted Ceramic, Painted Wood. It can also work on Acrylic and Leather, but for these 2, not as good as Co2 Marker. If you wanna engrave on more material, you can consider our Co2 Galvo Marker, UV Galvo Marker, or our Co2 Laser Engraver Cutter.
